Commercial Internship

We consist of a dynamic team, in which personal development is central! As a commercial intern within DevOn, you choose an instructive first step in your career. During your internship you commonly decide with your lead how you divide your time, you are responsible for your own work. We therefore do not do vacation days, we only oblige you to be free for at least 20 days a year. Do you want to go on holiday outside of it? Excellent. We do like it when you come back. The open and transparent culture makes it nice to be yourself. You have plenty of room to become the best version of yourself and of course, we will be happy to check after your internship if you want to stay with us. The combination of the internship and hands-on sales will make you a little better every week. In addition to all the hard work, we think it is important to schedule as many four moments as possible during crazy parties and get-togethers!

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • You are part of the offshore/Nearshore Sales department responsible for hands-on sales (incl. Cold Calling) and marketing (event + social media – lead generation) for the Dutch/Belgium market
  • €500 per month internship allowance!
  • You focus on making agreements with organizations to help them with their Software Development
  • You go by appointment with the account manager and learn the intricacies of ‘consultative selling’ on the job
  • You will generate leads & follow up all marketing leads quickly, and help interested parties with questions about the content
  • You think about sales strategies to improve the sales of offshore/nearshore processes
  • You invent innovative and high-profile actions to make DevOn more famous
  • You work together with technical colleagues to get a full grip on your market

The internship starts in February 2023 & ends in June. If you are doing a great job, you get the opportunity to do your thesis at our organization and kick-start your career after your graduation at DevOn in a commercial role with lots of growth possibilities!



Minimum Qualification:

Currently following the Bachelor Commercial Economics, International Business course or something similar
