Responsibilities and Duties:
Essential Duties:
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Actively develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and tailor custom software solutions to meet their business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with our current clients and ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
- Establish an image for our brand through marketing strategies, participation in conferences, meetups, seminars, discussion forums and knowledge sharing spaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights for business growth.
- Keep looking for new ways to improve and new directions for your company to grow.
Job Requirements:
- Previous business development experience in selling software engineering and consultancy services.
- Experience in successfully building and implementing commercial strategies.
- A proven track record of sales excellence in software services to enterprise-level organizations.
- Basic knowledge of the software market as well as modern IT software stacks.
- Experience in offshoring software services to regions such as India is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset ready to drive business growth and development.
- Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills with the ability to discover and close opportunities.
- Ready to travel and visit clients within Benelux.
