Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring, guiding teams, and promoting a collaborative team culture.
Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
Advanced experience with Jenkins for continuous integration.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud) is a strong plus.
Experience in Agile software development environments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coach and mentor developers, promoting best practices, collaboration and professional growth.
- Design and implement enterprise-level features using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop high-performance, maintainable Java code that meets technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to create impactful software solutions.
- Configure and optimize continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins.
- Contribute to key architectural decisions and technical designs.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability in a cloud-based environment.
