Responsibilities and Duties:

Essential Duties:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, with a focus on predictive analytics and maintenance use cases.
  • Experiment with and implement modern AI advances — including LLMs, MCP architectures, and vector database integrations.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to build reusable, scalable AI components.
  • Work closely with clients to understand domain challenges and translate them into practical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including hands-on production delivery.
  • Proven track record developing predictive maintenance or similar impact-driven AI systems.
  • Solid working knowledge of modern AI tooling and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, vector DBs, MCP).
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and reusable solution design.
